1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Unframe's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Unframe provides website development, design, hosting, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Website hosting and maintenance
  • AI-powered features and integrations
  • Technical support and consulting

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before project commencement unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

  • One-time development fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Recurring fees for hosting and support are billed according to the selected plan
  • Additional services beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately
  • Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days notice

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final delivered website and its custom content. However, Unframe retains rights to:

  • Pre-existing code libraries, frameworks, and tools used in development
  • General methodologies and techniques
  • Portfolio rights to showcase the work (with your permission)
  • Any third-party licensed components remain property of their respective owners

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, materials, and information in a timely manner
  • Ensure all provided content is original or properly licensed
  • Respond to queries and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes
  • Provide access to necessary accounts, domains, and hosting when required
  • Review and approve deliverables according to the agreed schedule

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
  • Website performance may vary based on hosting, internet connectivity, and user devices
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, plugins, or APIs that may change or discontinue
  • While we implement security best practices, no website is 100% immune to security threats

7. Support and Maintenance

Support terms vary by plan:

  • Bug fixes and technical issues are covered during the warranty period
  • Content updates are limited to the number specified in your plan
  • Major feature additions or redesigns are considered new projects
  • Emergency support availability depends on your service plan

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unframe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the service by any third party

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become immediately due
  • We will provide final deliverables for work completed and paid for
  • Hosting and maintenance services will continue until the end of the notice period
  • We will assist with reasonable handover procedures

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
